Gifts of War looks like a good one!
ReplyDeleteMy books didn't come from the mailbox, necessarily (some are from the library!) I'm in the middle of the new Michael Connelly ("Scarecrow -- am really enjoying it), and recently finished "His Edge," by Wayne Harding. Great action/adventure/romance even! story about a civilian test pilot (after WWII) and the three women who love him. It's also got some spirituality involved. It's not just any one genre -- inner struggles of characters interest me, so I liked watching our hero develop and change as he questioned love, a demanding and VERY risky job and a spiritual relationship.
