My New Favorite Snack : popchips!

I'm focusing on healthier eating and my friend Vickie at Vixen's Daily Reads told me about popchips. I love chips and have to be careful with them as they are a weakness and are usually fried so they aren't the healthiest choice. Popchips are not fried, they are not baked, they are popped! That means no trans fat, no saturated fat, no cholesterol and no preservatives. They are also safe for my son with nut allergies as they use safflower and/or sunflower oil. They are also non-gmo (except for the parmesan garlic chips), they are vegan and no msg.  My family and I love these chips and they are a new favorite. They are so tasty and flavorful, they are really awesome! We haven't tried all of the flavors as we haven't found them all yet at the local stores. They do carry them at Target and Whole Foods and for other store locations, you can check the popchips website, here. You can also order them through Amazon, in variety packs

Disclosure: I bought my own popchips at Target and a local grocery store. I am an Amazon associate.

  1. Mary-I sent you an email. For WW points, I calculated the plain chips from the NI on the package which you can find on the popchips website for each flavor. The plain chips are 3 pts/svg and svg=22 chips! Well worth it taste wise and healthwise, they are soooo good. You have to try them. I am not being paid for promoting them! I bought them myself and love the product. I just have to be careful not to eat too many and may have to buy single size bags or portion them out in baggies! Chips can be my weakness!

  3. I think it's great to share about a product you really like, Bonnie. I'm with you about the baked chips (major brands, etc) having that chemical taste. I'll def. look for these. Thanks : )

  5. These sound so good Bonnie and safe to eat as well for those of us with allergies. I haven't seen them here though. I wish they were because as you know I have a weakness for potato chips as well.

  6. Good to know. I saw these at the market the other day but I wasn't sure how good they'd be. I have nut allergies now in addition to dairy and protein so finding acceptable food is very difficult right now.
